Kimora Lee Simmons & Djimon Hounsou name their son Kenzo

Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou have called their newborn son Kenzo Lee Hounsou.

The couple welcomed their little boy into the world on Saturday and announced the birth over the weekend - but without giving details.

Now a source close to the couple has confirmed the couple have called the boy Kenzo, believed to be after fashion designer Kenzo Takada, and he weighed in at 8lbs exactly, and was 20 inches long.

The source added: “He’s a little prince.”

Model turned fashion executive Kimora has two other children - daughter Ming Lee and Aoki Lee - from her previous marriage to music mogul Russell Simmons.

Kenzo is Simmons' third child

Kimora Lee Simmons has not disappointed her followers on Twitter.

After announcing the arrival of a son with longtime boyfriend Djimon Hounsou, the Baby Phat CEO on Wednesday followed up with the name of the infant: Kenzo Lee Hounsou.

Filling her 18,000 Twitter mates in on the details, Simmons revealed that baby boy weighed in at 8 lbs. and 20 inches long.

Kenzo is Simmons' third child. He joins Ming Lee, 9, and Aoki Lee, 6 ½, Kimora's daughters with Russell Simmons. Kenzo is the first child for Amistad star Hounsou, 45.
